STG & STB Structural Furlers for Boats from 7,5 up to 10 m

Structural furlers have been installed on racing sailboat for a long time. These structural furlers support mast loads and can entirely furl in and out headsails (such as Solent, Staysail, Genoa). This high performance system is also supplied on ocean cruising yachts for Staysails. The structural furler - unlike the Gennaker furler - supports both mast and sail loads.

STB, STG ranges are wire structural furlers, that are light and have a good value. These in/out systems are dedicated to boats < 32' (< 4,5 Tons units and wire ø < 7 mm).

• STG & STB are wire structural furlers, light and easy to install (require a monotoron wire).
• Sails luff fitted with hanks or a zip
• Each kit model includes :
  – 1 x halyard swivel with top stainless steel toggle (rotation of the wire)
  – 1 x drum with S/s toggle to fit on the foredeck chain plate.
• From 24′ up to 31′

The STG is equipped with an head swivel, a halyard swivel and a continuous line drum for maximum luff.

The STB is a wire structural furler, cheaper version, with a discontinuous drum and a head swivel.
